The Pacific Bistro at Club Sapphire Merimbula is open every day of the year for lunch and dinner with the exception of Christmas day.

Lunch is served from 12 noon to 2.00 pm and dinner from 5.30 pm until 8.30 pm.

On Friday nights treat yourself to All-You-Can-Eat Chinese for $21.50 per person, with children under 10 $15.50.

Reservations are not necessary for the Bistro, just simply come on in! If a table is not available at the time, the wait staff will be happy to take your name and page you as soon as a table becomes available.
