In March this year, Carli & Dean Wilson accepted the catering contract for Club Sapphire Tura, and the Seaview Bistro was opened. Carli & Dean are looking forward to bringing their new menu with some classic club dining being most affordable. For a modest annual fee, Club Sapphire Members have the option to join the Tura Wine & Dine club and indulge their love of fine food and wine.
The Wine & Dine Club aims to have four members-only functions per year, each serving several courses with wine chosen to complement each course.

 The Pacific Bistro at Club Sapphire Merimbula is open every day of the year for lunch and dinner with the exception of Christmas day.
Lunch is served from 12 noon to 2.00 pm and dinner from 6.00 pm until 8.30 pm.
Reservations are not necessary for the Bistro, just simply come on in! If a table is not available at the time, the wait staff will be happy to take your name and page you as soon as a table becomes available. |
