 For this issue, just as pen goes to paper, the phone rings. It is said that while no news is good news, in this case the news is all good. Derryn Mansfield has accepted the position of Executive Chef at Club Sapphire Merimbula.
Derryn’s apprenticeship was with Captain Cook Cruises on Sydney Harbour. One of the highlights of his time there was being part of a team of three chefs who cooked for the President of the United States, George Bush Snr.
