The Rostrum

$50 half day (4 hours) / $100 full day

Approximately 6m x 8m.

The Rostrum is the smallest room available for hire. The room will fit up to 45 people maximum theatre style, or a maximum of 40 people for dinner.

Perfect for small gatherings, the intimate feel of The Rostrum allows for the night to be tailor- made for a truly special evening.

The Rostrum is also perfect for small group training sessions and meetings.

This room has direct access to the front foyer and the Pacific Bistro, allowing for meals to be ordered directly from the Bistro menu if required.

The Tasman Room

$50 half day (4 hours) / $100 full day

Approximately 15m x 6m

The Tasman Room offers you the perfect venue for that function for up to 80 people for dinner —80 theatre style.

We offer you a choice of our carefully selected 2 or 3 course menus or the choice of our chef’s special hot & cold buffets, or we can individually tailor a menu for your specific requests. The Tasman Room’s close proximity to the Pacific Bistro also allows for meals to be ordered directly off the Bistro menu.

The Rockpool and Rockpool Garden

The Rockpool is an ideal location for small private functions such as parties. The large glass sliding walls can be opened to give direct access to the Rockpool garden area.  The dining area can cater for up to 50 people.

This room has its own kitchen facilities.  Bar access is within close range.

The Audi

$500 per day - minimum 250 people (negotiable)

(Members 20% discount - private functions only)

Approximately 22m x 24m including dance floor

Dance floor approximately 12m x 11m

Stage approximately 7m x 5m

The Audi, or Auditorium, is the perfect venue for large conferences, meetings, weddings and fundraisers seating up to 300 people.

This room has direct access to the main kitchen, its own bar, direct access to toilets, a stage and change room.  The Audi has direct driveway access with its own loading bay doorway.

The Sapphire Room

$100 half day (4 hours) / $200 full day

An integral part of our Functions department is being able to offer modern facilities & versatility set to suit your specific requirements. The room has a dividing wall enabling the use of two separate areas, or one large one. The ‘Greens Side’ measures approximately 20m x 8m. The ‘Main Side’ is approximately 28m x 11m and includes a dance floor measuring around 10m x 9m.

The Sapphire Room offers you the perfect venue for that function from 50 up to 300 people. This room has it’s own bar and kitchen facilities. A dance floor is also located within this room.

The versatile nature of The Sapphire Room allows for the night to be individually designed to ensure your special night is one to remember, be it for a cosy birthday or anniversary dinner, or that expertly catered for social wedding of the year.

The Sapphire Room can be easily set up for any seating style you desire.

The room is located on the top floor of Club Sapphire—Merimbula. Access is available directly via the stairs or by lift.
