Whatever your catering requirements, here at Club Sapphire Merimbula we have just the menu to ensure your function is one to remember. We offer you a choice of our carefully selected menu options or the choice of the Chef’s sumptuous hot & cold buffets. Alternatively you can plan with our executive head chef, Derryn Mansfield, your own unique menu. A variety of morning and afternoon tea options, finger food and snack options and light lunches are also available. The following pages offer many catering options for your consideration, including those suitable for major functions, through to meetings. $16.50 person (minimum 10 people) Also available is lunch in our Pacific Bistro with a selection on our daily specials board. As at January 2010, Pacific Bistro lunch specials started at $8.90. The Pacific Bistro offers several packages for the touring bus group and other large groups (25+ people). These packages are ideal for group bus bookings or touring sporting groups. Fresh menus are determined on the day by the chef. Entrée is Soup of the Day. There is a choice of two mains. A dessert is chosen to complement your main meal choices. Orders may be taken at the table and delivered to the table, however the option of alternate drop is available for $1 less per head. Bookings are expected to be made 5 days in advance. Please phone the Club on (02) 6495 1306 if less as we will be happy to check if we can accommodate you. Any cancellations within 5 days may incur a fee.
